I am not a painter by discipline. Photography is my primary medium. But in this grieving path, I didn’t choose to walk; I use paint only when photography alone cannot fully carry the emotional weight I want to express. The painted elements are not decoration, nor are they meant to look realistic (I don’t have that ability, but that is ok with me). It is just a way to extend the feelings beyond the lens.

Let me invite you to take a seat and meditate on the fragility of our existence. Between 150,000 and 175,000 people die daily.
